Women's Spring Retreat

Join me at the Healing Hostel for a weekend of emotional healing and loving energy designed to help you regain your confidence, self-love, and replenish your energy. 

This retreat is for women only so grab your BFF, mom, grandma, or a lady you KNOW needs some "me" time and join me!

Located a short 1.5hr drive from Orlando or Tampa, on the beautiful Rainbow Spring and Withlacoochee River.  

This is a beautiful, shared, hostel style space. You will have a comfortable single bed with a privacy tent, personal charging station, fan, reading light, and 2 shared bathrooms.

• Daily gentle morning yoga 
• Daily transformational breathwork 
• Sound Healing 
• Mindful arts & crafts 
• Nature hikes 
• Musical journey where you can dance, meditate, journal, or stretch 
• Peaceful reflection time in the garden and hammocks

• Free time to go exploring, antique shopping, or just relax
