Our fast paced, modern society has made it increasingly hard to stop and smell the roses. We overbook our calendars, we stay up too late, drink too much, and hold in stress and anxiety from work and family, all to the detriment of our bodies and minds.

When most people hear "detox" they think it means we are going to eat boring broth or drink only juice, feel like we are starving all day, and have headaches from caffeine withdrawal! That is not the kind of detox we are doing! 

I promise you will never feel hungry and yes you can still have your morning coffee! You will enjoy recipes that will fill you up and taste amazing, but are also full of nutrition and vitamins. 

We will refrain from drinking alcohol for the retreat to allow our bodies to soak up all healing we are doing without any external blockages. Holding onto fear, sadness, and anxiety only prevents us from connecting to our higher selves and acts as a depressant, exaccerbating all of the negative emotions that get stuck.

Located a short 1.5hr drive from Orlando or Tampa, on the beautiful Rainbow Spring and Withlacoochee River.

This is a beautiful, shared, hostel style space. You will have a comfortable bed with a super fun privacy tent, personal charging station, and 2 shared bathrooms.

Activities may include:

• a variety of fun and easy crafts to connect to your inner child and respark your creativity
• gentle and fun movement to wake up the body 
• powerful breathing techniques and playful guided meditations
• meaningful journal prompts to get to the root of issues and to who you are
• easy nature walks to reconnect with the healing power of mother earth
• outdoor movie to laugh and learn 
• a river excursion which may include; a pontoon trip, tubing down the spring, kayaking, or paddleboarding
• fun workshops that will provide you with tools to handle stressors, to process whatever life throws at you, and to provide steps for making important decisions for your life

Vibrational sound therapy offers no touch healing and relaxation. By placing therapeutic singing bowls, that resemble traditional Tibetan bowls, on the body to create a rhythmic and vibrational sense of relaxation and calm. 

Vibrational Sound Therapy bowls are designed specifically for vibration therapy, over sound - when the bowls are placed on the body you feel the vibration, as well as hear the sound.  

Vibrational Sound Therapy provides many similar therapeutic benefits as traditional massage does physiologically by lowering blood pressure, calming the sympathetic nervous system, slowing the heart rate to provide a full mind and body experience. And, the soothing ambient tones of the singing bowls provide a meditative state of deep relaxation.
