Silent Disco

Come dance away your worries and stress under the stars at our Sober Silent Disco!

What to expect::

• We will begin with a short meditation, breathing exercises, and stretching session getting the body ready to move!
• Each participant will be given a pair of sanitized headphones to use for the dance.
• We will dance for approximately 90 minutes.  During this time you can move, sit and meditate, continue stretching, or breathing! 
• The dance will begin with a mellow song to get use into the flow.
• The beats and rhythm will build as we will jam out to fun house, disco, pop and EDM dance hits to get the heart pumping and blood flowing! 
• As the dance comes to a close we will slow down the heart rate and rhythm ending with a meditative song. 

Dance Rules: 

• This is a no judgement zone! We are all here to move, feel free, happy, and enjoy being in our own zone!
• This is not a place for drugs or alcohol. These substances create a false sense of self. We are here to discover who we are without an altered state of consciousness and to be the beautiful human you are, naturally!
• This is a meditative experience! There is no talking during the dance session, there will be time at the end to share your experience (if you want to) or chat with friends. 
• Bring your favorite flowy skirt, shawl, butterfly wings, or glowing devices! Feel free to be expressive and create that fun party atmosphere without judgement from others or the need to dance with or socialize with anyone else.
