About the Event
Come experience a group session in this amazing and beautiful new space!
What can I expect?
- I will explain and demonstrate the breathing technique and explain what happens to your body during the breathing.
- I will be there to guide you, cheer you on, and ensure you feel comfortable and safe.
- You will do very powerful circular breathing for about 30 minutes ending in a 15 minute calm relaxed meditation
- You will be lying on a massage table for added comfort
- You will enjoy organic herbal tea post session
