If you are ready to really make an impact on your thoughs and habits this breathing session is for you!
My name is Amber and I will be your breath coach! I will show you the technique, explain how this breathing style works, and what it does to the body physically, mentally, and emotionally.
You will perform this session lying down, a yoga mat on the floor is the best but your couch or bed is also fine!
You will breath for about 30 minutes in a circular pattern with a 2 part breath with your mouth open the whole time, inhaling deep into the diaphram and then into the upper chest before releasing it all out, it is done with no breath holds or pauses!
There will then be a 5 to 10 minute relaxation meditation and then we will have some time to share your experience.
The sharing part is COMPLETELY optional! Some people really love to share what the experienced while others dont want to talk at all, you have no obligation to say anything if you dont want to!!
