About the Event
What can I expect?
- We will start with a short exercise to help focus your attention to exactly what you need to work through. Intention is everything here!
- You will be given a pair of sanitized noise cancelling headphones so you will be able to choose the volume that you prefer for the musical journey.
- All participants will be given a new eye mask to wear for a completely immersive experience.
- You will do very powerful circular breathing for about 30 minutes ending in a 15 minute calm relaxed meditation
- You will enjoy hot organic herbal tea post session
