If you want to try something new and have an open mind to making true change in your life, you might have one of the most mind blowing experiences of your life!

What should I bring?

1.  Yoga mat
2. Water
3. Consider a Blanket/Pillow/Eye Mask if you would like not required

What can I expect?

• We will be in a 20ft yurt style tent that has open screen door and windows for air flow
• If its cold outside there will be a heater in the yurt dont worry!
• Music designed to take you on a journey, create an emotional response, and might be somewhat loud
• Deep circular breathing, with feelings of euphoria, emotional release, & intense sensations in the body and mind.
• Hot organic tea will be served after the session

 This is a safe space for you to experience whatever comes up, I am here to guide you and support you. It is               different for everyone, every time!

**Please try to arrive a few minutes early to get settled in. We will begin at 7:00 no admission allowed after the session begins as that is disruptive to the experience for everyone else. 

Are there contraindictions to doing this style of breathwork?

Yes! 

**Transformative Breathwork is a very physical act therefore is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, or significant recent physical injuries or surgery.

**It is not advised for persons with severe mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications personal or family history of aneurysms.

**Pregnant women are advised against practicing Transformative lBreathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician.

*Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician.
