Group Breathwork June 16

The Hygge Hut is a 17FT open air screened tent and you will be spaced apart.

Please no walk-ins, tickets must be purchased in advance. 

If you want to try something new and have an open mind to making true change in your life, you might have one of the most mind blowing experiences of your life!  

REMEMBER to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water.

Please arrive early class begins at 7:30pm, no admission after the session begins to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Moving the time a bit later to avoid some of the heat. 

This is a safe space for you to experience whatever comes up, I am here to guide you and support you. It is different for everyone, every time!

**Transformational Breathwork is a very physical act therefore is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, or significant recent physical injuries or surgery.

**It is not advised for persons with severe mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications personal or family history of aneurysms.

**Pregnant women are advised against practicing Transformational Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician.

*Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician.
