Why do I do this?

When I was born I was not breathing, I came into this world without the most basic of human requirements. I started breathing after a couple of minutes (obviously) but I believe this traumatic entrance onto earth set me on a path, to ensure people learn how to breathe properly and with intention.

Why do you need this?

How often do you sit quietly and just breathe, thoughtfully, and with intent? Various forms of breathwork have been around for thousands of years and is an amazing tool used to: 

What to expect?

If you want to try something new and have an open mind and wish to bring true change in your life, you might have one of the most mind blowing experiences of your life!

For a 60 minute session:

  • 10 minutes welcome and practice 

  • 30-40 minutes of active breathing

  • 10-15 minutes of relaxation

 

This is a safe space for you to experience whatever comes up, I am here to guide you and support you. It is different for everyone, every time!
